About Us

Transsecure is a comprehensive provider of safe and secure patient transport for both the NHS and the private healthcare sector. We provide a patient centred service; catering for the needs and requirements of each individual case. We provide secure transport services for a wide range of situations, including those deemed “high risk”.

Transsecure was born out of years of first-hand NHS experience working directly with the patients our services are designed for. This experience has given us a greater understanding of service needs regarding secure transport and the challenges that can arise when utilising such services.  Transsecure aims to remove/minimise such issues.

Our Services

All our service provision is in conjunction with CQC policies and protocols and operates to national frameworks and standards.  Through our job application and interviewing process, we ensure that all Transsecure staff are highly approachable, friendly, compassionate and will treat every individual with the upmost respect and dignity.

In all cases least restrictive practice will be utilised in a professional and needs led basis. In situations where management of violence and aggression is necessary, this will be done by highly trained staff using approved techniques and equipment.  Our vehicles are specially adapted for all eventualities ensuring the individual’s dignity whilst maintaining all aspects of a person’s safety plan.  All techniques and equipment used are in conjunction with the NICE 2015 guidelines for managing violence and aggression within a mental health/health setting.

We at Transsecure understand that details such as estimated time of arrival and projected costings are often required immediately; therefore we use a quick and efficient system that means our customers will receive this information during their booking enquiry.  We will also provide updates throughout the journey and provide a comprehensive overview once the journey has been completed.
